We are equally adept at preparing fresh-squeezed juice and croissants for a 6 a.m. breakfast for 200, as we are at preparing and serving a seven-course dinner with wine accompanying each for the French Ambassador. Among our achievements: grand openings for the major malls, the I-95-Sawgrass Expressway interchange, fashion shows at major department stores, real estate openings and a cocktail party for 5,500 at the Museum of Science and Discovery. We have catered fund-raisers and charity events, aboard yachts and corporate jets, company picnics in parks, elegant dinner parties in private homes and tented pavilions. Through our affiliations with national organizations we are also able to cater events in other cities.
